Updating your printed invoices to have more details just takes a few simple steps. The main components that you can change that are displayed on your printed invoices are the logo, the address, and any additional information that needs to be added to all invoices. I'll go over each of the sections below.
Logo:
To update your logo, would would need to go to the left nav panel under Configure > Online Registration Site. From there, would select the "Upload Your Logo" tab up choose which logo will display for your invoices:
Address:
To update the address information found below the logo, you would need to go to the left nav panel under Find > Sites. From there, you would need to select your default site. This is marked with a red asterisk next to it:
From there, you would just need to select "Edit Facility" and update the "Site Address" section for it to display on the printed invoices. As noted, to remove this information, you would need to clear all information, including the state field:
If you need to update the URL or Tax ID displayed, this can be done by going into the left nav panel under Configure > Preferences. Under the "Organization Info" section, you can find the URL and Tax ID information that's also displayed on the invoices. Just select "Edit" in this section to change this information:
Message on the invoice:
To edit the message displayed below the invoice, you would need to go to the left nav panel under Configure > Online Registration Site. From there, you would select the "Add A Message To A Page" drop down and choose "Printable Invoice" for which page you're updating. From there, you can update the message below your page:
If you would like the message to only display for a particular class, you would need to go into the Class Details page and input the information there. Find the class that you would like to have the message displayed and select "Edit" for the class. From there, there's a section called "Additional Class Details" you would need to fill out information for so that when an invoice is printed, it only displays information particular to this class:
