To Create a Volume Discount, follow these steps:
- Under Set Up and select Discounts.
- In the Discount Editor, fill out all the fields to create a new discount.
- Under What kind of discount would you like to create? Select Volume Based.
- The next drop down will give you three options:
- Discountable items – the discount will apply to the classes on the invoice
- Students purchasing the same discountable item – multiple students need to enroll into the same class to get the discount.
- Discountable items that a single student purchases – one student needs to enroll into multiple classes in order to get the discount.
- Enter the number you want for the variable you selected.
- Enter the amount to discount.
- Select Add.
- Select Save to create the discount.
