To Create and Configure Resource Groups, follow these steps:
- Select Reservations from the side menu, select Activities.
- In the ellipses, select Resource Groups.
- There are 3 types of groups you can configure:
- Classes group
- Instructor group
- Activity group
- To select which type of group to configure select from the top let bubbles.
- To create a new group, in the right panel select Add New.
- Select whether to show the group online.
- Create a name for the group.
- Choose a file to upload as an image.
- Create a description for the group.
- Select Save.
- To edit a group, in the right panel select Edit. This will bring you back to the same window that was presented when you were creating the group.
- Delete this Group will prompt you to delete the currently select Resource Group.
- To create a Resource Group select the group you just created from the dropdown, then click the + icon next to the items you want to add to the group.
- Select Save at the bottom to save the Resource Group.
