To Email all Staff, follow these steps:
- In the Tools side menu, select Communication Center.
- Under Compose, select Add recipients.
- In the Add recipient window, choose Staff from the Recipients dropdown.
- Choose All for Employee Type.
- Choose Select for Activities.
- Select Filter Selected to populate staff options.
- Uncheck any staff that should NOT be included, then Add Recipients.
- You will see the number of recipients added
- Compose the email.
- Select whether to send later or not.
- Select Send Message.
