There is a setting within your ASAP preferences (Configure > Preferences) where you can indicate whether you offer classes for adults, children, or both:
Your registration forms will behave slightly differently depending on which choice you select.
Classes offered for: Adults
When you select “Adults", the registration form assumes that the person completing the form is also the person who will be enrolling in classes.
Classes offered for: Both
When you select “Both”, that means there is the possibility that a parent is enrolling a child in a class but will not be taking classes themselves. To account for this possibility, the form will now display the question “Are you enrolling yourself in classes today?”.
If the person completing the form selects “No” then the registration form will not ask questions of that person that are specific to students (it will only ask those questions of the additional registrants that the person completing the form enters).
Classes offered for: Children
When you select Children, the registration form assumes that the person completing the form is a parent who will not be taking classes at your school. Therefore the language at the bottom of page changes from "Add any additional family members you wish to enroll.” to “Who are you enrolling today?” The parent will then enter the names of the children whom they wish to enroll.
