In ASAP 4, you can manage your organization's details and main contacts easily in the Account Info page. Access to this page is controlled through User Access settings.
Please ensure these details are kept up to date as they're important for your clients and for us at ASAP.
- On the Navigation menu, click Set Up, and then click Account Info
- Click the General Information tab
- The following fields appear on the Contact Us page of your public site
- Name
- Address City, State
- URL (your organization's website address)
- Main Admin Contact and Email
- The Finance fields are the main contact for ASAP Billing team and should be kept current at all times. These fields do not show on your public site.
- The following fields appear on the Contact Us page of your public site
