Typically, ASAP users want their instructors to see their own students, but not their financial information, and their schedule of classes and lessons. User Access settings allows you to set this up as required. You can create different Instructor types to allow greater or lesser access for different groups of instructors.
To note, if you want any access point to a module or tool, it must be set to Active. Click the down arrow to expand to any available options.
