Are you looking for a report that shows enrollment count and student count? Below are a few examples that we recommend. Keep in mind that enrollment count is a duplicated count since a student can enroll in more than one class and student count is an unduplicated count of the grouping selected.

Enrollment Report
The enrollment report can be generated for a date range by enrollment status. View the detailed student records under the Report tab. View the total enrollment count by course group under the Summaries tab. Counts include students with and without attendance hours.
Attendance Summary Report
View Enrollment Count (Duplicated Count) and Student Count (Unduplicated Count) for selected course groups. This report will only include students with attendance hours. Non-attending students are not included in the attendancer summary report.
Course Group: Check the groups to include in your report results.
Group By: Select Course Group
From Date/To Date: Enter a date range
Super Enrollment Report
This report includes the detail for each class such as enrollment status counts, number of class instances, total scheduled class hours. Export the results to Excel and use pivot tables to view grand totals.
Insights Report
The insights dashboard allows you to view enrollment and student counts by different groupings. In the example below, the following filters were chosen. Enrollment totals are duplicate counts. Student totals are unduplicated counts.
Metrics = Enrollments, Students
Grouping = Course Groups
CAEP Student Data Tables Report
Courses must be assigned to one or more CAEP Course Group. The CAEP (California Adult Education Program) Student Data Tables consist of the following 10 tables:
- Table 1: Total Adults Served – Instructional Programs and Services
- Table 2: Total Adults Served – Student Support and Career Services
- Table 3: Total Adults Served – Descriptive Measures – Barriers to Employment
- Table 4: Total Adults Served – Descriptive Measures – Highest Degree or Level of Schooling
- Table 5: Total Adults Served – Descriptive Measures – Labor Force
- Table 6: Total Students Served – Instructional Programs
- Table 7: Total Students Served – Select Descriptive Measures by Program Area
- Table 8: Total Enrollment, Participation and Course Completion
- Table 9: Total Course Completion by Program Area
- Table 10: Class specific information and enrollment information
Table 9 (Summary View) provides totals by CAEP program area.
