Registrants can obtain their 1098 tax deduction information through their public site. In the Admin portal, registrars can run a custom query to obtain a list of students who made "1098 eligible" payments.
Now this information is also available in the Admin portal under the student account record.
- Locate the student's account.
TIP: Use the Search feature in the ASAP ribbon to quickly locate the student. Select Students from the list and then type your student’s name. You can type the first few letters of the student’s first or last name and ASAP displays a list of all names matching your criteria.
- In the search results, click the student's name. This opens the student account page.
- Click the Financials tab, and then click 1098 Tax deduction.
- Select the applicable year.
