If you’re also dropping the participant from class, see Drop a Student from a Class, and select Refund to CC during the Drop process.
- Click the in top right and select Process Refund
- Select the transaction to refund, ensuring you have the correct card.
- Enter the amount to refund
- Click Refund To Credit Card
- Enter Notes (these will appear on the invoice in the Transaction Details so visible to you and the participant).
- Click Process Refund
