The ASAP system automatically transfers excess credits earned in a Credit Program requirement group to ELECTIVES (if Electives is a requirement group in the Credit Program - like in High School Diploma or degree program).
Exception: Excess credits from ALGEBRA automatically transfer to course group MATH or MATHEMATICS. If MATH or MATHEMATICS credit requirements are already met or there is excess left over after meeting the requirement, then the credits will automatically transfer flow to ELECTIVES.
