Sometimes you want your customers to review the demographic questions and update any missing information or change fields like Grade Level or whatever. You can do that via the Reg Form.
Click Configure | Reg Form. Find the form you want to force customers / students to review / update and click Edit. You will see a checkbox called "Prompt for Update". Check this box and save. The next time the customer goes into ASAP, they will be asked to review the demographic questions.
Unfortunately, we can't force them to update a field that is already populated (like address or grade level), but at least you know they looked at the questions!
