You can run a report and make custom registration form answers appear in two ways. Each method involves creating a template. Once the template is created, you can use it to run a report and pull the same criteria for any class in your system.
Running directly from the Class Roster will pull the details for the class that you are currently on. Running from the Student Report allows you to run for as many or as few classes you want to see in the report.
To make custom registration answers appear on a roster do the following:
- Find the class that you are working on
- Select View Roster on the bottom left of the screen
- Select the Demographics tab
- Select Configure Templates
- Select Create new Template
- Select the Reg Form you will be selecting fields from (if your org only uses one reg form, you won’t need to make a selection here)
- Type a name for the template
- Select the fields that you want in this template
- Scroll to the bottom and select Save Template and Show Student Report
- You can use this template in the future
- You will be brought to the Student Report screen in a separate tab. You can run this report with the template you just created in the Student Report screen or you can find the class again and select the template that you just created to run the report directly from any class in your system.
To run the Student Report with custom registration form answers, do the following:
- From the left nav, select Reports, Master Reports
- Select Student Report
- Select Configure This Template
- Select Create new Template
- Select the Reg Form you will be selecting fields from (if your org only uses one reg form, you won’t need to make a selection here)
- Type a name for the template
- Select the fields that you want in this template
- Scroll to the bottom and select Save Template and Show Student Report
- You can use this template in the future
- You will be brought back to the Student Report screen. Select which class(es) you want to run the report for
