Instructors | teachers can sign up to receive a notification whenever a student enrolls in their class. To do this, log into ASAP and on the home page, click My Settings in the top right. Under the section called My Notifications, check the box to receive an email notification whenever a new enrollment occurs.
* If you have classes where the instructor is “Staff, Staff” (as in unassigned or not a specific person like an online class), assign that instructor record with an email account someone can monitor and set this instructor to have the notification sent. This saves you from using the Preference item “BCC” for each and every enrollment and instead allows you to be notified for only specific classes.
