To Create a Conference, follow these steps:
- Select Conferences in the side menu.
- Select the + icon to create a new conference.
- Start by filling in the details pane. You can populate the pane by using the top dropdown to copy info from an existing class.
- Make sure to select Show Online to have this conference appear on the public site.
- Select Save Details and Continue to move onto Schedule.
- Select a Time Period, how often it is held, days, dates and time.
- Create Session Time Slots, enter a name and time frame for the session.
- Configure Fees if applicable.
- Assign an Instructor.
- Assign a Location.
- Select Save and Continue to finalize your conference.
