Customers' invoices are found under their student details page, in the Financials section. You can search for paid, unpaid, partially paid, as well as invoices on a payment plan. In this area you can also print invoices, pay invoices, or open individual invoices to see the invoice detail.
- Locate your customer.
- On the student details page, click Financials, and then click Invoices.
NOTE: For customers under a family account, you can find all invoices for the family members under the financials area of any of the family member's student details page.
As an alternative, you can search for a customer's invoices using the invoice search and the customer's name. This pulls up all the customer's invoices but depending on your search criteria, may not pull the family member invoices.
