Once you have imported your CASAS TOPS Test Scores, you can view the test results en mass via reporting. This powerful report allows you to view a list of CASAS TOPS Test Scores imported into ASAP. The report is found under View Reports>Master Reports. Under "Custom Queries" you will find the report titled "Imported CASAS TOPS Test Scores" Click on the link and a secondary window with the report will appear. From there, you can enter a date range of when the tests were administered. Click filter and the results will populate.
For complete days you must select 12 AM to 11:59 PM to cover the full day of scores. You can drag any of the column headers to group by that column name. To export with Excel, click on the green Excel icon on the left, to export as a CSV file, click on the right icon or the link up at the top of the page to give you the entire list of test scores.
