You can tell if a student has an Update record for a class in two ways.
1. By going to Class Detail | Manage CASAS TOPSpro and viewing the Status column on the TOPS page.
2. By using the TOPS Export page to View & Pick Update records and looking at the far right column to see if it exists.

See below how Bethany Aardvark has a checkmark in the Status column? She is the only one in this class with an existing Update record. All other students' status are blank.
