Email wizard has many different options when comes to sending emails, and one of them is to email all the stuff in your organization at the same time. The system will allow you to choose to email stuff by the Course Group, Stuff Type, or by the Time Period, depending on purpose of the email.
To email stuff, start on the left hand navigation and click on Configure > Manage Emails. From the “Add recipients” filter select Staff. When you select stuff based on the criteria above, click on “Add Stuff” button to add them to the recipient list.
After this all you have to do is to compose an email, and click Send.
