When will the bank deposits arrive?
Deposits are sent to your bank via ACH two business days after the transaction date and typically appear in your account on the third business day. Please note that some banks may hold the deposit for an additional day before making the funds available.
Will the deposits be gross or net?
By default, deposits are net, meaning payment processing fees are deducted before the funds are deposited into your account.
However, you may request to switch to gross deposits, where the full transaction amount is deposited, and fees are invoiced in one lump sum at the conclusion of the month.
What is the daily deposit cutoff time for transactions?
Transactions processed between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM (in your local time zone) will be grouped into the same settlement batch.
How are chargebacks managed?
