From CLASS DETAILS, select "I want to - Manage CASAS TOPS". Then click on the TOPS Goals link. You can enter primary and secondary goals per student or set a default primary and secondary goal for an entire class.
Both Teachers or Admin users can have access to manage TOPS goals.
Goals are included in the Entry Record (8051) export file.
