Step-by-step instructions for ASAP users to provide the onboarding file for CI Solutions' Badge platform.
Please note that this is a one‑time data pull. After this setup, CI Solutions will access student data via your organization's ASAP API for ongoing student data retrieval.
- Go to the Student Report in ASAP to create a new template. Click Configure this template/Create a New Template. Enter the Template name "CI Solutions Badge", then click OK.
2. Next, select the fields necessary to create your organization's ID cards.
For example:
- First Name
- Middle Name
- Last Name

Grade Level
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and Save Template and View Report.
4. To run the Student Report, choose the CI Solutions Badge template, check the option under 2b Customer Account Created Between, enter a date range, then Export to Excel 2b.
5. Open the Excel file to view the data. Delete Column B (Medical Encryption Settings) and Column E (Customer Account Created Date) and save.
6. Completed file is ready to send to your representative at CI Solutions.
