You can enter A-22 Codes (CDE Course Codes) and CIP Codes to each course. These are transmitted to CASAS TOPS Enterprise (TE) via the Classes export file. 

You will find these two fields on Course Details under the Custom Fields tab. ASAP has added them automatically. Please do not delete these custom fields or modify them in any way. Just enter or edit the appropriate code(s). 

Search for the course, go to the Details tab then go to the Custom Fields tab.  Enter the appropriate code to the right of each code.  (Do not delete either row since these fields are used for state and federal reporting.)

Review your A-22 and CIP Codes: Go to Reporting | Custom Queries | All Courses By Organization to verify each course has an A-22 and/or CIP code and that it is correct.
