ASAP allows you to record Service Hours for students and volunteers. It also allows you to gather custom info to associate with their Service Hours.
To Create Service Activity Types
- On the Navigation menu, click Set Up, and then click Features
- Click Service Hours tab
- Click + to add Activity Types
To Add Custom fields for more data
- Scroll down this page to Custom Fields and click + to add more fields
- Select the Field Type: Drop down, Text or Date
- Select the box next to Required if applicable
- Click Save
**NOTE: Once a custom field has been populated on a student, that field will no longer be editable. **
To record hours on Student Account
- On the Navigation menu, click Students, and find your student record
- Click Education Records tab
- Click Service Hours
- Click + to enter Activity Details
To report on Service Hours
- On the Navigation menu click Report
- Click Miscellaneous tab
- Go to the Service Hours Report
