If the initial enrollment is done by you in Quick Enroll, the student will need to login to his/her account on your public site. If they don't have an account that was created on your public site, he/she will need to do the following:
- click Login on your public site,
- enter the email address that you entered in ASAP
- click the Forgot Your Password? link to reset the account password
- retrieve the password from the email address that you entered in ASAP/they just entered in step 2 above
- login to his/her public account.
- pay any unpaid invoices.
