The Time Period Fee (also called the Registration Fee) is charged on the first invoice which contains an item from the selected Time Period for that student. As long as that invoice is not voided, the student will not be charged another fee.
Please note: If you drop the student, refund, give a credit, etc., please note that you must handle the Time Period Fee separately. ASAP will not charge that student another Time Period Fee for that Time Period if the student enrolls in another class. You can add the fee at a later date manually if you choose to refund the Time Period Fee.
