Set Up > Lesson Packages

Lesson Packages allow you to bundle a set of lessons for online purchase.  You can control the number of lessons, time period, even the subjects that packages are offered in. Also, when students purchase a Lesson Package online, they will be required to accept any waivers present.

Lesson Packages on the Go site are set up in ASAP 4.  

1 Set Up > Features

1. On the Navigation menu, click Set Up, and then click Features.
2. Click the Private Lessons tab
3. Scroll to Private Lesson Packages and switch it to Yes

2 - Set Up >Lesson Packages

1. On the Navigation menu, click Set Up, and then click Features.
2. Click the Private Lessons tab
3. Scroll to Private Lesson Packages and click the   to create a new Lesson Package
4. Complete the fields
   1. Package name is what the student will see on the website and their invoice.  It helps to include the number of lessons they're purchasing
   2. Enter the number of lessons (this field does not appear on the website)
   3. Click Show Instructor if you wish the student to choose an instructor based on the Subject they select
   4. Click Show Online to make this package available for online purchase
   5. Select the Fee Tier and Time Period.

3 - Hiding Lessons from Packages

If you wish to only offer certain Lessons for purchase, you can hide these from the public site. 

1. On the Navigation menu, click Private Lessons, and then click Lessons.
2. Click on the lesson you wish to exclude to go to the Lesson Details page
3. Uncheck the Show Online box to exclude the lesson from the Lesson Packages online. 

Check your public site (on Go)

Lesson Packages will now be available on your Private Lessons page on your Go site.
