There are two ways to review the Credit Programs you have set up in ASAP. Once your Credit Programs are ready and all requirements set (Requirement Group a/k/a Course Groups), courses attached to the requirements, and all settings for Perkins/COE input, review all this to verify settings.
Click View Reports | Master Reports | Custom Queries | All Credit Programs by Organization (if you do not see this query, scroll to the bottom and click "Browse" to find and subscribe).
On the report, choose
- "Programs" = 0 --> review settings, Perkins, COE, etc.
- "Programs & Requirements Groups" = 1 --> review the requirements for each credit program (but not individual courses that meet the requirement)
