1. Are your agency's Credit Programs properly setup and configured in ASAP?
These four items MUST be included in each credit program.
- Number of Classes
- Instructional Hours
- Capstone Course selected
- CBEDS code
2. Under the Credit Program setup, if you assigned a Customer Group - are the students also assigned to this customer group?
B. My student count is too high.
If your student count is too high, we recommend assigning students to a Customer Group. This is helpful in cases where a student might come to your school to take a keyboarding class but not necessarily interested in pursuing a certificate for an Administrative Assistant. Create a Customer Group called Administrative Assistant and assign that Customer Group to only those students who want to earn their Administrative Assistant certification.
