Welcome back to school! We hope its all going smoothly.  We've been busy in ASAP 4, ironing out some wrinkles, squashing bugs and adding a few features.  Here's the big stuff. Please scroll to the end of the page to see important news about upcoming changes. 

Enhancements

  • We now support multiple Zoom accounts so your teacher's can use their own accounts. There is no limit to the number of Zoom accounts you can add.  Learn how to set up your Zoom accounts here.  
  • We understand switching between A3 and A4 can be difficult so we've made it easier with a new direct link just above the Enroll button.  We hope you don't use it too much :)

Fixes

  • "Copy to Sender" is now available when sending an email
  • We've added back "Copy Course" feature to the Course page 
  • Functionality to publish Staff/Faculty bios is in Set Up > Online Registration > Faculty
  • Now able to send invoice emails without having to add additional text 
  • Your public site now displays a "Not found results" message instead of a blank page when there are not events to display
  • Enrollment lists now show enrollment data according to your time zone
  • Dropped lessons are no longer showing on the Private Lessons Enrollment page 
  • The Course catalog is no longer pulling HTML code into reports
  • Registration fees are now being added to invoices when students enroll in After School programs

 

What's Coming for ASAP 3 users

As we near completion of the full switch to ASAP 4, we're initiating some features that will impact your daily lives if you are still using ASAP 3. As previously mentioned, we will be switching all use of Invoices to ASAP 4.  This is currently scheduled for November 1.  This means that whenever you click an invoice link or use Quick Enroll in ASAP 3, it will open in ASAP 4 and you will need to do any and all invoice work in ASAP 4.   We encourage you therefore to take a look at ASAP 4 as soon as possible and become familiar with invoices as much as possible.  Here's some resources to help you with this transition:
