Enhancements
Student Search

- Take a look at the new page-by-page search added to the upper right corner of student search.
Class Detail Page
- Edit Status under the “ASAP Status” column has been removed for the individual records and retained under Bulk Edit. This reduces the chance of errors with financial reports and invoice reconciliations.
Bulk Edit allows you to choose multiple student(s), then edit the enrollment status based on student(s) selection.
You can continue to Transfer and Drop students from the ellipsis. Mark student completed is also now available.
If a status change is made inadvertently, you can change it back using the Bulk Edit option.
- Additional instructor(s) now displays below main instructor
- Within Student Details/Education Records, Service Hours custom field responses are editable.
Communication Center
- SMS filter by classes allows you to search by entering just the first letter of a class title.
- Auto-send SMS class schedule changes template available under Tools/Communication Center/Templates. Template name is Schedule Change SMS.
- Email: Recipients can now be filtered by Department.
- Maximum number of characters for email subject line increased to 255 characters.
- Added ability to cancel a scheduled email or SMS up to 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
Attendance
- Attendance can be recorded for students with dropped and completed enrollment statuses.
Fixes
Images
- Student photos taken using CI Solutions are properly updating in ASAP.
- Updated ability to upload an image to a course group.
- Uploaded Documents
- Uploaded documents properly maintaining size.
- Fixed duplication of uploaded documents.
- Document name retained correctly.
- Second Logo on Transcript uploading properly.
- Students dropped in ASAP are correctly dropped in Canvas.
- Fixed hyperlink manager tool under Class/Additional Info
