The transfer of invoice management to ASAP 4 brought a few issues and new learnings. We worked hard to identify the root causes of the issues and have proceeded with deploying fixes. Please log in anew to see changes.
ASAP 4 Updates and Fixes
- Public (Go) site
- An issue with applying a Payment Plan to an invoice on the public site was resolved
- A deposit paid on the public site is now being added to the Payment Plan
- The Payment Plan Fee is now showing in the Payment Plan Summary on the public Invoice page
- Your students can now update their credit cards through the Customer portal.
- When lowering the price of a Paid item, the system applies a credit to the account for the balance paid
- An issue with Merge Invoice was resolved
- Correct fees are now being applied for Additional Registrants when enrolling
- Payment dates are now showing correctly on invoices
- Payment plans
- Recalculating when a payment was modified issues were resolved
- A discrepancy in dates on the invoice and the Payment Due email was resolved
- Multiple issues on saving modifications to dates and amounts on payment plans are fixed
- Students can no longer make $0 payments on payment plans
- Issues with credit cards being removed from future payment plan was resolved
- The Failed Transactions report now includes more reasons for Connexpoint payments
- Lessons purchased in Lesson Packages are now displaying as expected when Scheduled
- Lesson count is now being updated on the invoice after lesson modifications are made
- The Calendar is no longer showing Cancelled Private Lessons
- Emails with attachments with a space or a special character in the name can now be sent
- Instructors are again receiving the New Enrollment notifications
- Issues with class capacities and waitlists are now resolved
- The Printable Attendance Report (monthly) PDF is calculating the grand total number of attendance hours
ASAP 4 Enhancements
- On the teacher profile page, we now show only Active classes by default
- On the Private Lessons enrollment page, the Edit option is visible to all those who have Edit Private Lessons checked in the User Access profile
- We have added the option to apply Custom Fields to the Service Hours tool
- Create a Blank Invoice and student Transaction and Statement reports have been added to the Student Account page
