CONFIGURE YOUR SYSTEM
Before launching, make sure you've checked and made any updates to the following:

GL Codes - Setup > Financials > GL Codes tab
(optional--meant for organizations using General Ledger (G/L) account reporting tools) - Locations - Setup > Sites (help article)
- Staff/Users - (help article)
- Use Archive to hide staff who have left
- Reg forms - Setup > Reg Forms

Time Period(s) - Setup > Terms
- Select a new Default Time Period
- Archive expired Time Periods
- Holidays - Setup > Terms > Holidays Tab

Discounts or Coupons - Setup > Discounts
- Check all expiry dates and add a note to your Outlook Calendar to remind yourself when a discount is disappearing
SET UP YOUR CLASSES
- Programs and Course Groups - Setup > Course Groups (help article)
- Courses - (help article)

Copy/Roll classes from one time period to the next
- Create any new Classes (help article)
If you need help reorganizing your Programs, Course Groups or Courses on your admin site, submit a support ticket through our support site
UPDATE YOUR PUBLIC SITE
- Homepage - Setup > Online Registration Site > Customize your Homepage
- Custom Messages - Configure > Online Registration Site > Add a Message to a Page
- Consider adding a message to the User Account page "Please check that all contact information is current"
PLAN YOUR LAUNCH
- Schedule your enrollment opening day - Setup > Terms > Online Registration tab (help article)
- If you want your customers to see classes in READ ONLY mode prior to opening enrollment, use the Custom Query Update Class Status for All classes in Time Period to change the status of all classes to READ ONLY and then to REGISTER when you're ready to launch enrollment.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND TESTING
Run reports to check your new classes:

- Class Summary Master
- Courses by Course Group
